Funding for Minority HIV/AIDS Fund

In the appropriations committee Congresswoman Watson Coleman attempted to reason with Republicans that we would be better off funding proven HIV/AIDS prevention than continuing a failed "abstinence only" education policy. It'll not only save more lives but is a far more effective use of taxpayer dollars. Sadly, the GOP is more interested in ideological battles than proven solutions.
