As more time passes, we write to you and the Committee to say that this cannot be forgotten, or even normalized, and we must swiftly to bring justice and accountability to the perpetrators. We are thankful for the work you and the Committee have done thus far and ask that you continue to push for the answers we desperately need.
The letter also requests that the committee look into the seeming discrepancy between the seriousness of the crimes and the leniency of charges. It also requests that all effort be taken by the Select Committee and other agencies and Departments to preserve all documentation and make them available to the public.
