Watson Coleman Halts House Proceedings on Anti-Choice Bill

Congresswoman Watson Coleman raises a point of order on the House floor during consideration of a rule that would allow the House to consider H.J.Res 43, legislation disproving of the District of Columbia’s Reproductive Health Non-Discrimination Amendment Act (RHNDA). The D.C. bill prevents employers from discriminating against workers for their private, reproductive health care decisions.
