REP Bonnie Watson Coleman questions President of the Nakamoto Group (ICE contract recipient)

The Nakamoto Group has a $3 Million contract with ICE to inspect ICE facilities. The Nakamoto group has criticized the OIG's reports that had negative assessments of some facilities. Nakamoto group meanwhile publishes glowing reports of not just the facilities but also the general actions of ICE while being paid by them.
