Today, Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) hosted a town hall and health and wellness resources fair at the Montgomery Municipal Center in Montgomery, New Jersey.

Vendors from Federal, State, and Local agencies as well as 31 organizations focused on health services were present, assisting almost 100 constituents.

Following the health and wellness resource fair, Congresswoman Watson Coleman held a town hall with local residents to discuss attacks on Medicare and Medicaid, LIHEAP, and the impact of tariffs. She addressed constituents’ concerns over the spread of misinformation, funding for education, assaults on the federal workforce, the war in Gaza, and cuts to Medicaid and public services that communities rely on.

“It was wonderful to speak with my constituents in Montgomery today, to hear their concerns and share what I’ve been working on in Washington,” said Rep. Watson Coleman. “What I’m hearing from folks is that they are concerned and angry about the Trump administration and Congressional Republicans gutting funding for critical public services, medical research initiatives, mental health programs, the Department of Education, and shredding the Constitution to ignore court orders.

“I’m grateful so many folks showed up to make their voices heard and share their concerns directly with me. I promise to keep fighting for the families and communities who sent me to Washington on their behalf.”
